Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential new business opportunities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and market research

  • Engage with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Present and promote financial products and services to clients in a clear and compelling manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and servicing of clients

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the finance industry

  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Proactive and results-driven attitude

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
